TRAINEE AND SUMMER TRAINEE

If you are eager to take on new challenges and your goal is to grow into a top expert in the financial sector, you will find a wide range of career opportunities at Mandatum. Every year we recruit several Trainees and Summer Trainees to work in a variety of tasks that help develop skills and knowledge across our different business areas.

As a trainee, you have the opportunity to work in an exciting, fast-paced and diverse environment. The work is goal-oriented and interesting, and you get to learn more about the financial sector and start building your network. We offer you a supportive supervisor and team members, as well as a positive and inspiring work environment.

WORK ALONGSIDE STUDIES

We enable flexible work alongside studies. As an hourly worker, you work about 16 hours a week. Students work, for instance, in various sales roles.

EDUCATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS

Mandatum continuously collaborates with various educational institutions and student organisations through research work, internships, thesis work and company visits. We participate in various recruitment fairs, arrange field trips, give guest lectures at educational institutions and attend events hosted by student organisations. INTERNSHIP FOR HELSINKI BUSINESS COLLEGE STUDENTS

Mandatum offers the opportunity to complete an internship as part of a vocational qualification in business administration in the diverse tasks of the financial sector. We primarily offer internship positions in Customer Service and Claims. Internships are unpaid.
