Were you asked to update your customer details?


We are updating the statutory information on our customers in order to add any missing information, and in spring 2021 we are sending letters and messages in our Web Service in order to collect information. The easiest way to update your personal details is in Mandatum Life’s Web Service.

Why do we need your information?

As a financial institution, Mandatum Life has a legal obligation to identify and know its customers. Legislation concerning customer due diligence requires Mandatum Life to find out about its customers’ backgrounds regularly and to a sufficient extent. By identifying and knowing our customers we can also be a reliable partner to our customers.

What do I need to do?

If you have received a letter or online message asking you to update your customer details, you can read the instructions on updating the information on our website: www.mandatumlife.fi/asiakkaantunteminen.

Why did I not receive a letter or online message?

If your information is up to date, you did not necessarily receive a letter or online message. You can check your customer data by logging in to our Web Service using your personal banking codes.
