In addition, the updated Terms of Use clarify customers’ responsibility related to the use and storage of identifiers.
The change requires no action from customers.
- Key changes
The use of the services and the user’s responsibilities will be described in more detail in different sections of the Terms of Use. Changes have been made by clarifying the user’s responsibility for the use of identifiers and their unauthorised use, and by defining biometric identifiers as accepted methods of identification.
References to services that are no longer offered have been removed from the Terms of Use.
In addition, we have clarified the terms and conditions regarding the right to interrupt the provision of the Web Service and leave an order unfulfilled if required by law or official regulations.
The purpose of the changes is to increase the openness and transparency related to the use of the services.
The changes to the Terms of Use apply to the users of Mandatum’s Web Services, mobile services, websites and chat service.
The use of Mandatum’s websites and Web Services requires acceptance of the updated Terms of Use after their entry into force. By using our website and services, you automatically accept the Terms of Use.
The current Terms of Use and the Terms of Use that will take effect on 1 January 2026 are available on Mandatum’s website, Terms of Use.
