Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd is changing the fund rules and investment policy of the Danske Invest Emerging Markets Equity Fund. The changes will take effect on 12 April 2023.
Key changes:
- Going forward, the fund will have a sustainability-related investment goal and will contribute to the achievement of one or more UN Sustainable Development Goals. The fund will be classified in future as a fund referred to in Article 9 of the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
- The name of the fund will change as a result of the rule amendment, and the management fee for the unit class with a distribution commission will be reduced. The name of the fund will be Danske Invest Emerging Markets Sustainable Goal Investment Fund.

The changes will not require any action from customers and will not entail any costs for them.
