The merger of Mandatum’s two service companies, announced on September 1, 2025, will take place at the end of the year. Following the merger, Mandatum Life Services Ltd will change its name to Mandatum Services Ltd. The company’s Business ID will remain the same (2614680–9).
The changes related to the simplification of the group structure will not affect the services provided to the customers.
