Mandatum Life’s mobile services identification harmonised


A new version of the ML Money mobile app was released on 17 February 2020. As part of the update, identification for logging in to the ML Money service has been harmonised with the TraderONE and TraderGO securities trading apps.

From now on, the same user ID and passcode are used to log in to all apps, and changing the passcode in one app affects the passcode in all apps.

Impacts on the ML Money app

The first time a user logs in to the updated version of the ML Money app, identification with banking codes is required. This also applies to existing users. Thereafter, logging in to the updated app takes place using the passcode.
The app can be easily updated by downloading the latest version of ML Money from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Impacts on the TraderONE and TraderGO apps

The update will not affect the TraderONE and TraderGO apps.
