Mandatum's aim is to be a good dividend payer –
both now and in the future.
As part of its financial targets, Mandatum aims the cumulative shareholder payouts to be exceeding EUR 1 billion for years 2025–2028.
Dividend for 2024
The Annual General Meeting 2025 resolved to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.66 per share for 2024 (2023: 0.33), totalling EUR 331.8 million. This consist of a EUR 0.33 dividend per share in accordance with the dividend policy, as well as an extra dividend of EUR 0.33 per share.
The dividend was paid to shareholders who were registered in the shareholders' register of Mandatum plc maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd as at 19 May 2025, the record date for the payment of the dividend. The dividend payment date was 26 May 2025.
