Mandatum has today published its Annual Report for the year 2025. The Annual Report includes a Business review, a Capital and Solvency report, the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Report for Governing Bodies, the Report of the Board of Directors including a Sustainability Statement, and the audited Financial Statements. In addition, a separate Sustainability Review has been published. The reports are available at www.mandatum.fi/en/year2025 and they have been published both in Finnish and in English.
The Financial Statements and the Report of the Board of Directors have been published in Finnish in XHTML format in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The audit firm Deloitte Ltd has audited Mandatum plc’s ESEF Financial Statements and provided a Reasonable Assurance Report on Mandatum’s ESEF Financial Statements in Finnish in accordance with ISAE 3000.
The Sustainability Statement, published as part of the Report of the Board of Directors, is prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and Article 8 of the EU Taxonomy Regulation. It has been assured by Deloitte Ltd which has provided a limited assurance report.
The Report of the Board of Directors and the Financial Statements are attached to this release in XHTML format (in Finnish). The Annual Report, the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for Governing Bodies are attached to this release as PDF files.
Mandatum Group’s Solvency and Financial Condition Report will be published during week 20.
