Anna Päivärinta (M.Soc.Sc.), Vice President of Client Operations, has been appointed member of Mandatum Plc’s Extended Management Team. She has worked within the Mandatum Group since 2011 and has led her current unit since 2021.
The Client Operations unit supports the realization of a high-quality customer experience for Mandatum’s domestic and international wealth management clients. Päivärinta reports to the Group’s COO, Sanna Rajaniemi.
